The activity takes place right in Queen Farm+’s red- and yellow-flesh dragon fruit orchards, where every plant is grown using clean, green, and completely safe farming practices.

Here, children will:

• Witness the full life cycle of dragon fruit – from blooming flowers to ripe harvest
• Personally pick dragon fruit under the guidance of experienced farm instructors
• Learn basic knowledge about farming and the production of clean, safe agricultural products

2.1. Warm-Up – Getting to Know the Farm

Children will be introduced to:

• An overview of Queen Farm+
• Special characteristics of red- and yellow-flesh dragon fruit
• Simple farming tools used by real farmers
• Fun ice-breaker games to help kids feel excited and ready to become “little farmers”

2.2. Orchard Walk – Exploring Nature

Our guides will lead the children through the cool, green dragon fruit orchards:

• Observe the trunk, branches, buds, flowers, and fruit of the dragon fruit plant
• Learn about growing conditions: sunlight, water, and soil
• Discover beneficial creatures in the orchard such as bees, butterflies, and ants – essential parts of the ecosystem

2.3. Little Harvesters – Picking Dragon Fruit (The Highlight!)

The moment everyone looks forward to the most!

Children will:

• Learn how to identify perfectly ripe dragon fruit
• Be taught safe cutting techniques using special child-friendly shears
• Pick 1–2 dragon fruits with their own hands to take home

Each child’s harvest will be packed in a cute bag with a fun sticker – a proud little reward!

2.4. Becoming a Farmer – Hands-On Planting

After harvesting, children continue the cycle by:

• Planting seeds or young seedlings into their own small pots
• Learning the correct way to water plants
• Understanding the role of light and nutrients in plant growth
